I love going to the Dentist!! They are all so friendly, from Reesie at the front desk and Dr Tollett and CeCe (hygienist) are excellent and they make me feel so comfortable and take the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I HIGHLY recommend them, they are both by far the absolute best!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!

Dr. Lesansky and his staff are the best. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family members. I've had a lot of work done and all of Dr. Lesansky's work has been impeccable, and he has never hurt me.

I began taking my children to Dr. Kizer's office one year ago. In the three check up visits that we have been since, each time has been a pleasure. The appointment times have always been on time with no wait. The office is very clean, hygienists are great and Dr. Kizer has always been thorough in his exam and interacts well with the children. He also explains everything quite well and is open to any questions. I have been very impressed with the practice and recommend Dr. Kizer wholeheartedly!

I am beside myself with the level of professionalism and thoroughness this office has giving to me and both my boys. Competent, friendly staff all of them were caring and knowledgeable. It was such a great experience we will be staying here as long as Patel, Reena M., DDS and her staff is there!!! She is a God send and can not imagine going anywhere else.

I switched from the UDA Preston location to UDA Weston location. Amy is a fantastic hygenist and so very knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Boles is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Friendly and prompt staff. I will drive a little longer to get to this location. I feel like they really care and are interested in teaching patients about what happens to teeth as we age. A+ from me! I recommend them at this location!

Greetings! I have been going to University Dental Practice office located on Spring Forest Road for approximately 3 years now! I am happy to say that after relocating to Raleigh, NC from Ohio, I was not pleased about shopping for a new dental office. Upon the recommendation of my insurance plan, I chose the University Dental Office located on Spring Forest Road in Raleigh, NC. I must say that I am extremely satisfied, and will continue to recommend this office to family, friends and colleagues who may be relocated as well. Each visit begins with prompt courteous greetings from the ladies at the reception window, where you are promptly announced for your dental care (even though the ladies were quite cordialand professional, it wasn't the same without Germaine). The visit continues with one of the worlds best hygienist, Sue, who leaves your teeth feeling sparkling clean. You are then given a world class thorough check/exam by one of the thorough Dentists on staff, to ensure that all of your concerns have been met. Your next appointment with your hygienist is set before you leave the chair! Having previous experience with University Dental for actual dental work, the Dentist will tell you what is necessary and do not push unnecessary items on you. Checking out is a dream! The same ladies who greet when you arrive, are also professionals with insurance claims and payments. What a well run dental practice! This has been the best experience I've ever had in my whole life with a dentist office. All the staff was very professional and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thank you A+!!!

Today I had my first visit with this dental office as a new patient and it was an awesome experience. I fired my last dentist because he and his staff did not use the best hygiene practices and the office seemed less than sanitary for dental procedures. The UDA Northlake office is new, start of the art, and most of all Clean! The dentist and staff were mindful and cautious of using very good hygiene and sanitation practices with office and dental equipment. Dr. Tollett and her staff were very pleasant and professional. Overall I had very nice first experience and have decided to make this my new dentist. In fact I intend to transition my teens from their pediatric dentist to Dr. Tollett and UDA Northlake. Thanks to Dr. Tollett, my hygienist Charneece, and to the office staff at UDA Northlake for such an awesome dental experience this morning.

The short lady with the dark hair welcomed me in to the office with a big smile. She seemed to love what she does! I think she is the manager because she was talking to the young lady at the front desk and then went into an office. The girl at the desk was very helpful with my insurance issues and assured me she would find out what they would cover because I have a new plan that covers as a fee schedule which I did not understand. The dentist was also very kind. The entire experience was warm and comforting and I will always return to University Dental Associates in Northlake.

I brought all 5 of my children in by myself and Bianca, the Manager stepped right in to help me get each of them taken care of. When I got to the office, they didn't have my family on the schedule even though I had received a text message confirming and she did not hesitate to make sure we were all seen. Bianca smiled the entire time and apologized for their mistake and the entire office made it work for me and my children. Thank you Bianca and staff for a wonderful experience!

I love coming to the practice, they are great!!! They provide fast service and make sure you are comfortable when you arrive. Dr. Lesansky is the best, along with his assistant Michelle, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only problem I would say I've ever had is they don't answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message.

This office is very professional and took excellent care of me and my family! Thank you UDA!

Dr. was very professional. He is very easy going and was willing to address any concerns I had. Far from any dentist I have ever seen. I really liked him!!!!!

All staff is very friendly and the dental assistant was very competent, friendly and caring. The whole procedure (root canal) was painless and only took an hour.
