Biography
Dr. Emily Wright is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She furthered her training by being accepted into a rigorous hospital residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Following her training, Dr. Wright was eager to move to Charlotte to be with her now husband. They have enjoyed making Charlotte their home and have planted roots in the city. She is a loving mother to two sweet young boys, that keep her very busy outside of the office.
Dr. Wright is a perfectionist in the art of dentistry. She settles for nothing less and you can be sure that you are in good hands while in her care. As a first generation collegiate student in her family, she aspired to be a dentist from a very young age. She believes in treating every patient as if they are family and will go above and beyond in making patients as comfortable as possible during their visits. She is honored to see and treat the patients she encounters.
Dr. Wright believes in being a lifelong learner, therefor she is somewhat of a continuing education junkie. Dentistry is a forever evolving field, and she prioritizes keeping up to date with this career that she absolutely loves. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and completely transparent with her patients.
Dr. Wright does not have a lot of free time these days.. But on the occasion she does, she enjoys a good audio book, a long walk, and traveling to either the beach or mountains.
